Ambiano TI-BM-1117 Premium Breadmaker Manual
I love my Ambiano breadmaker and it's served me well over the years but Aldi never saw fit to provide a copy of the manual online (come on, Aldi: you know it's gonna get covered in flour and dough!).
Although it looks physically similar to the Tower T11002 breadmaker the manuals don't quite match up so guess they have different programs.
Here's a scan copy of the original paper manual in case you've lost or damaged your own.

DeleteWhat an absolute godsend. Got my cake mix in my fabulous machine and couldn’t remember how to change the programme and, of course, no instructions. Thank you. When my machine dies I do hope I can buy another, the Ambiano bread maker is fantastic and delivers lovely bread and Madeira cake. Thanks again. 👍🏻⭐️
DeleteI was lucky to acquire mine from a neighbours drive for free. Clearly an unwanted gift! I was one of those people having baked for years who would never EVER use a breadmaker, but now wonder how I ever survived without. Even had success using the machine to mix & prove. Then finishing off with excellent cinnamon buns and/or foccacio. I keep looking in Aldi and the other German supermarket - would like a new replacement.
